Product Introduction:
This is a series of test transformers developed and produced after extensive improvements based on the original similar products according to the "Test Transformer" standard. This product is a new type of product developed and produced in accordance with DL/T848.2-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Test Devices - Part 2: Power Frequency High-Voltage Test Devices". This series of products has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong universality, and convenient use. It is especially suitable for insulation strength tests under power frequency or DC high voltage for various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, and insulating materials in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research departments. It is an essential important equipment in high-voltage testing.
Connect the power frequency 220V (380V for above 10kVA) power supply to the XC∕TC (special equipment for test transformers produced by our company, please refer to its specific user manual for details) series operation box (console). Through the autotransformer voltage regulator inside the operation box (external for above 50kVA), adjust the voltage output to 0-200V (or 0-400V) to the primary winding of the LCSB (G), TDM (G) test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the required high voltage for testing can be obtained on the high-voltage winding of the test transformer.
