Product Overview
To meet the needs of transformers, our company has developed a revolutionary product, the first handheld three-channel DC resistance tester in China. This instrument adopts brand-new technology and features high efficiency, small size (single-hand operation), light weight, and large output current. The whole machine is controlled by an ARM processor, automatically completing self-check, data processing, display, and other functions. It also has automatic discharge, automatic demagnetization, and charge/discharge indication functions.
This instrument has high measurement accuracy and is easy to operate. It is suitable for distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, generators, motors, and other test objects. It can also be used for rapid measurement of switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, etc., with the characteristics of fast speed and stable data.
Main Features
- A revolutionary product representing a major breakthrough in DC resistance testing technology, the first in China: handheld three-channel DC resistance tester, lightweight and powerful, easy to carry.
- One-time connection concept, no need to reconnect and disconnect test leads, saving more time and eliminating/reducing a large number of safety hazards.
- Built-in large-capacity lithium battery, can work continuously for more than 10 hours under typical conditions (typical conditions refer to measured resistance less than 100mΩ, 2A current range, battery fully charged).
- Simple and efficient test procedures, 5 test modes selectable, the instrument automatically measures the resistance of the selected high-voltage or low-voltage side winding, including high and low voltage three-phase winding measurement, or single winding measurement.
- Automatically selects test current, maximum current up to 2A.
- Effective reading up to 50000 counts, display range 0-49999, more than 2.5 times that of other manufacturers' similar products (other manufacturers' products have effective readings of only 20000 counts or even 10000 counts, i.e., maximum display of 19999 or even 9999).
- Wide measurement range (0.1μΩ-20kΩ), suitable for distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactors, generators, motors, and other test objects, as well as for measuring switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, etc.
- Simple and friendly menu, clear and readable display data, clearly visible under sunlight.
- The instrument has a perpetual calendar, data storage up to 10000 groups, data not lost when powered off.
